Order Preparation Time

Orders submitted to us are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays will start being prepared on the following business day.

Approximate Delivery Times

Once your shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the following approximate delivery times apply:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where this option is provided)
International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and how long customs clearance takes

Please note that these timeframes serve as estimates rather than firm delivery guarantees.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on weight, dimensions, and the destination of the shipment. Free shipping may also be granted on selected orders or as part of specific promotional offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is sent on its way, an email containing a tracking number will be forwarded to you. Please keep in mind that tracking details may require up to 48 hours to update properly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

In the case of international orders, the recipient is liable for any customs charges, import duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not part of the product price or the shipping fee and are typically collected directly by the local courier at the moment of delivery.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

Should your parcel get lost during transit or arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that the issue can be addressed together with the shipping company.

Correctness of the Delivery Address

During checkout, please verify that your delivery address has been entered fully and correctly. We accept no responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses caused by errors made by the customer. Should you notice a mistake, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order so that we can attempt to update the address before the parcel is dispatched.
