Return Period of 30 Days

Starting from the date of delivery, you have 30 days in which to file a return request. For your request to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it reached you.

Submitting a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Complaints

Please examine your shipment upon arrival and let us know without delay if the item appears to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Some product categories are excluded from returns. These include in particular: custom-made or personalized goods, products damaged due to improper use, items missing their original packaging, and articles that were sold as final sale at the moment of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned shipment has been received and verified, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Please keep in mind that the actual crediting of the refund may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you actually want is to first return the original article. Once the return has been confirmed, a new order may be placed for the desired item.

Costs of Return Shipping

As a general rule, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Exceptions apply when the return is triggered by a mistake on our part — for instance, in the case of a defective or wrongly shipped product.
